RETURN POLICY

At SOFA FACTORY, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality furniture and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged, and we strive to make this process as easy and hasslefree as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@sofafactory.co.in/ (+91) 093712 15555. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a 7% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and preparing your item for resale. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund. In some cases, we may require photos or other documentation of the damage or defect in order to process your claim.

Please note that we are not responsible for damage that occurs during the transportation of your item after it has been delivered to your address.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your item has already shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item.
